On Sunday 12th 09-2021 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru will be celebrating his 26th coronation anniversary and only 200 guests are expected to attend in his palace Karuzika.
According to the deputy kingdom spokes person Owek Mugume Vincent, the coronation will be scientific due to avoid the spread of coronavirus and following the ministry of health guidelines.
Mugume has said that this time there will not be any activities as it has been in the other anniversaries and people should follow through online.
He has further disclosed that the president of Uganda who the omujwera Kondo will be the chief guest.
King Oyo was born on 16th June 1992 to king Patrick David Mathew Olimi III and queen mother Best Kemigisa Kaboyo.Oyo ascended the throne and succeeded his father to become the 12th ruler of the 180 year old kingdom of Tooro.
