Leaders of Kicwamba sub-county in Kabarole district led by LC3 Jack Magezi Kicuculi, are optimistic that the ongoing construction of Kicwamba Seed Secondary School by government of Uganda will get rid of increasing cases of teenage pregnancy and teenage marriages which have been fueled students trekking long distances to access secondary education.

Rugema Patrick, a Kicwamba resident, believes that the market will contribute to increased productivity in farmers while Kicwamba Seed School will play a crucial role in advancing education.
Muhangi Victor, a parent, attributes the prevalent issues of absenteeism, dropout rates, teenage pregnancies, and early marriages due to the absence of a secondary school.
He anticipates that the establishment of Kicwamba Seed School will provide students in Kabarole with access to quality education and help reduce the number of school dropouts.
