Clare

A large number of Marian devotees yesterday gathered at St. Jude CSC Parish Kyarusozi for the official launch of the Month of the Holy Rosary, May led by Holy Cross Family Ministries in Kyarusozi.
The celebrations began with a Marian procession from the parish grotto, moving through Kyarusozi town. During the procession, the faithful prayerfully recited all four mysteries of the Holy Rosary, a drive that created a strong atmosphere of devotion and public witness in the community.
Presiding over the concluding Holy Mass, Rev. Fr. Joseph Isingoma, CSC, Chaplain St. Joseph Hill Kyembogo, described the Rosary as a powerful weapon of faith that strengthens believers in their spiritual battle and helps them reflect deeply on the Gospel message.
Fr. Isingoma reminded the faithful that one cannot fully know Christ without understanding His mother and her unique role in salvation history.
He encouraged Christians to entrust their prayers to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, pointing to the wedding feast at Cana as a clear example of her powerful mediation.
Mariae Ignatius Agaba, a HCFM staff based in Kyarusozi, urged Christians to embrace the Rosary, and utilize the Marian month to seek the intercession of the blessed Virgin.
