At the same function Rev. Sr. Maria Voronica celebrated platinum Jubilee in service (70 years) Sr. Maria Christiana and Sarto Mukasa celebrated Golden Diamond Jubilee (60 years) while Dr. Therese Tinkasiimire and Sr. Margaret Aliganyira celebrated Golden Jubilee (50 years).
While preaching during the function held at Virika parish in Fort Portal city, the Bishop of Fort Portal catholic diocese Rt. Rev. Dr. Robert Muhiirwa asked Rev. Sisters to be faithful and humble while serving God.

Rev. Sr. Mariagoreti Kabakali the mother general of daughters of St. Thereza of the child Jesus commended Rev. Sisters for sacrificing to serve God for the whole of their lives. She asked them to pray for themselves as they pray for them.
