Elizabeth Kijumba Nikuze the Aspiring Bunyangabu woman Member of Parliament has officially written to the electro commission confirming her withdrawal from the race.
Nikuze who contested with Peace Regis Mutuzo, Katutu Lillian and Kiiza Lydia in the NRM party primaries where she was defeated and decided to come back as an independent in the general elections 2021.
However, in a letter dated 28th October to the electoral commission Bunyangabu district, Nikuze confirms her withdrawal from the parliamentary race.
She disclosed that she was guided by the national party chairman for the betterment of the party. She indicated that she was not forced by anyone else.
