Richard Rwabuhinga, the LC5 Chairperson, emphasized that civil servants must refrain from misusing the motorcycles by giving them to relatives or using them as collateral for loan. Instead, they should harness them to drive positive change and boost agricultural productivity.

Dr. Abigaba Salvatori, the District Production Coordinator, highlighted that the motorcycles were donated by the Ministry of Agriculture to support agricultural mechanization and improve service delivery.

Bahati Milton, the Secretary for Production, advised beneficiaries to safeguard the motorcycles against vandalism, underlining the importance of protecting these valuable assets.
