Rev. Fr. Sebastian Twinomugabi, the Parish Priest Kijuraneema, has celebrated a momentous occasion as he marked 25 years of his priesthood. The jubilant event took place yesterday December 9, 2023 at his parents’ residence in Rwimi Town Council, Bunyangabu District, drawing a congregation of priests, religious figures, politicians, business leaders, and well-wishers, including notable dignitaries such as the State Minister for Local Government and Woman Member of Parliament for Kabarole Hon. Victoria Rusoke Businge.
The day commenced with a solemn Mass presided over by the jubilarian himself, joined by fellow priests, with Rev. Fr. Venansio N. Busobozi who urged the faithful to reflect on the blessings bestowed upon them and expressed the importance of gratitude in the journey of faith.
In his homily, Fr. Busobozi who doubles a parish priest St.Adolf’s Katoosa, lauded Fr.Sebastian for his unwavering commitment to the priesthood, emphasizing the transformative impact he has had on the lives of many, particularly those in need.
