State minister for Labour Mwesigwa 
Rukutana has been released by the Ntungamo Chief Magistrates Court on UGX 4 million bail following his arrest and detention after he was allegedly involved in acts of election violence including alleged shooting after the NRM primaries.
Rukutana, has however, been barred from stepping in Ntungamo.
He will return to court on Nomvember 4, 2020.
