The District Chairperson Kabarole, Mr. Richard Rwabuhinga, has tasked Students Graduating in Vocational Training Courses to exhibit a high level of truthfulness and be trustworthy as they practice what they learned.
According to Rwabuhinga, People get jobs because of their qualifications but they lose them due to their character and attitude at work hence emphasizing the need for students with vocational skills such as carpentry, tailoring, fashion and design, hairdressing among others to work hard and be faithful to their customers.
Speaking at the First Graduation ceremony of students who attained vocational skills being supported by the Mutahiwange Project in Kaguma Kicwamba Sub County today, Rwabuhinga called on the parents to invest in educating their children to attain both theory and practical skills that will enable them to earn money to sustain their families in Future.
Tugume James and Tumusiime Benjamin the directors say they aim to change people’s attitude towards vocational training and provide skills that will make people self-employed and create jobs.
Hon. Edina Mukarwiza the District Councilor Kicwamba commended the directors for partnering with the government and supporting the development of the area through training the youths, and electricity to the area among others.
