Kitara Region has tentatively released the fixtures for the 2020/21 season with the league expected to kick off on 11th (Edward Group) &13th (Albert Group) June-2021 And climax on 20th-June-2021.
Kabarole DFA Will Host the Edward Group Games in Fort-portal City and Masindi DFA hosts Albert Group in Masindi district with 13 teams taking part in Edward Group and 11 in Albert ,playing a tournament format with 144 Matches in Edward & 100 in Albert Group.
Edward group will be playing at Cannon Apollo Core Ptc and Nyakasura Grounds which consists of Forthills FC,Fort Portal Boda Boda Fc, Fort City Fc,Foto Fc, Harugongo FC, Omo Fc, Bwera Boys Fc, Hima Fc, Kyarusozi Kats United fc, Bumate United Fc, Asingya Fc, Upu Fc And Rusekere Fc.
Booma FC,Dove Fc Jeeja Fc,Kigorobya County Fc, Kiryandongo Town Council Fc, Bugoigo Leopards Fc, Kyamugwera FC, Kagadi United Fc, Kirasa United Fc, Bujumbura United SC and Victorious Fc make up the Albert group and will play at Booma Playground Masindi And Kabaleega Ss Grounds.
Edward table winner will play against the Albert group winner at the end of the season where the winner is crowned the Kitara Region champion. This play off is slated for July-2021.
The Kitara Region champion will later play with Western region champions in a promotional play off final where the winner automatically joins big league
