Tooro United Football Club mentained their Home Unbeaten run as they edged Nyamityobora Football Club by 2-1 in the game that was played on Sunday at Buhinga Stadium Fortportal City.
After loosing on road to Mbarara by 4-0 in the first round Entale Za Tooro were aiming to revenge against the Abanyakare.
Tooro scored through Eric Akol in the 4th minute and toward the end of first half the host doubled the lead through Serunjogi Patrick meanwhile the away side netted through Kamugisha Clinton to give the match a worthy epic ending.
This 8th Win Means Tooro United FC have collected 23points in ten matches so far this season with only one defeat and one draw topping the helm of Rwenzori Group in Fufa Big League.
Nyamityobora remained in the second place with 18points followed by Proline FC who molested Relegation threat Terrazzo And Tiles by 2-0 at MTN Omondi Stadium earlier today which took their tally to 17points .
