The Diocese of Ruwenzori is mourning the sudden death of their Bishop Emeritus, Benezeri T.Kisembo Araali, Bishop Emeritus, Benezeri T.Kisembo Araali,who reportedly breathed his last this morning at Norvik Hospital Kampala.
In an announcement made by the Diocesan Head of Laity via Whatsapp, Dr Richard Rwabuhinga called upon believers to stand with the bereaved family during this difficult moment and pray for the peaceful repose of the deceased Bishop.
Emeritus Bishop Benezeri Kisembo Araari was appointed Bishop of Ruwenzori Diocese in 1999 and served from 2000 until he retired in 2009.
He was later appointed the caretaker Bishop of the same Diocese, following the death of Bishop Patrick Kyaligonza.
Burial details will reportedly follow in due course.
