As Christians begin October, the month of the Holy Rosary, Rev. Fr. Hillary Niyonsaba, a priest at St. Charles Lwanga Town Parish, has encouraged believers to take part in both Rosary recitation and Mass in Fort Portal City.
Speaking to the faithful at the noon Mass yesterday, Fr. Niyonsaba said praying the Rosary should not keep anyone away from Mass. He said both are equally important,and taking part in one does not limit the other but strengthens faith.
He explained Mass remains a powerful and important prayer in a Christians life while Reciting the Rosary remains a spiritual weapon & shields against evil, stress, and spiritual challenges.
